• Complete a Tenant Credit Reference Form
• I.D in the form of a passport or drivers licence and a utility bill with your current postal address on.
• A fee for the Credit Referencing and administration is charged.
• The Landlord is informed of interested parties.
• Receipt of the approved credit search.
• Received the signed contract from the Landlord.
• Payment of a deposit equal to six weeks rent and one months rent in advance.
• An appointment for the check in will be arranged where you will sign the contract at the property and keys will be handed over by a member of staff.
