The staff at Dukes can explain in detail all aspects of the differing documents. Our agreements incorporate the latest legal legislations and following referencing, we ensure that the tenants are aware of their legal obligations and are happy to sign the tenancy agreement. Often the tenancy, towards the end of its term will require renewal by the tenants. We constantly monitor the prevailing rental market conditions. If appropriate, we would increase the rent accordingly every twelve months, from the start of the original term.
