When the time comes for the tenancy to end and you wish to take possession of your property we can arrange to have the correct notice served on the tenant under the current legislation. Should you wish us to re-let your property we shall re market immediately. Should your tenant wish to terminate the tenancy, we shall ensure that the tenancy agreement has been adhered to in respect of notice periods and with your permission, remarket the property immediately. If you decide to sell the property, we can arrange local valuations and report to you. Assuming the tenancy comes to an end we shall arrange a check out with the tenant and ensure that their obligations to the contract, contents of the inventory and schedule of condition are met. This will include having the property cleaning as necessary and garden restored. We will then arrange a check out against the inventory and report our findings to you. If it is necessary to deduct any amount from the tenant’s deposit, this will be agreed with you and the balanced return to the tenant, in accordance with The DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme).
