Complete a Tenant Credit Reference Form
I.D in the form of a passport or drivers licence and a utility bill with your current postal address on.
A fee for the Credit Referencing and administration is charged.
The Landlord is informed of interested parties.
Receipt of the approved credit search.
Received the signed contract from the Landlord.
Payment of a deposit equal to six weeks rent and one months rent in advance.
An appointment for the check in will be arranged where you will sign the contract at the property and keys will be handed over by a member of staff.
