Inventories
Inventories are carried out by experience staff together with the digital photography, to ensure fewer problems if they arise on ‘check out’. We pride ourselves on ensuring that the tenants are made aware of their obligations, in regard to cleanliness, gardening (If applicable) and such factors as condensation, carpet and curtain cleaning and that they sign the comprehensive inventory before taking possession of the property. We hold a deposit equal to six weeks rent under the Tenants Deposit Scheme, ensuring that any damage is covered and is fair to both parties.
The inventory will be used when agreeing any deductions for repairs at the end of the tenancy.
