Description
A well-equipped, prestigious, spacious self-catering apartment with beautiful sea views, air conditioning and marble floors.Situated in a quiet corner between one of the Costa's best beaches and the 18-hole Cabopino Golf course. Ensconced in a small enclave of tranquility in the otherwise bustling Costa del Sol, the apartment is set in large beautifully-maintained communal grounds with security access. Underground parking with access to the apartment by lift or stairs.
The complex offers two pools and there is ample room to stretch out on communal sun-beds by the 20-metre pool and the smaller children's pool. We supply bath and hand towels, but ask you to please bring your own beach/pool towels.
Alongside the drive to the private underground car parks. Beyond is the locked pedestrian gate (LHS, obscured here by the lush vegetation!). The secure grounds can only be accessed by key or remote control.
There are several safe, sandy beaches nearby and the small picturesque port of Cabopino and all within easy reach of Malaga airport and various attractions.
Las Mimosas is a 30-minute drive from Malaga airport. The route takes you along the A7 and the N340 avoiding Malaga and any busy towns.
Airport transfer can be pre-arranged.
A car is recommended but not essential.
Buses travel frequently between Malaga and Marbella. From the apartment, the nearest bus stop is 100 yards away.
The apartment sleeps 4 very comfortably (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite) and a put up bed can be provided for a 5th person, at an additional cost.

Two bedrooms, the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom has a double bed, ample wardrobe space and has access to the terrace with its sea view. Bedroom two has twin single beds.
Two bathrooms (bath/shower, bidet, washbasin, WC)
A well-equipped fitted kitchen with an electric oven with hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer etc and opens on to a utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board, and cleaning items.
Breakfast on the terrace is a delight, as the sun warms your faces and arms. At the hottest time of the year, the terrace is an excellent spot for a cool afternoon siesta on the sun beds.
The superb spaciousness coupled with the cool marble flooring, air conditioning and central heating, make for an extremely comfortable, relaxing stay.

The price quoted is for the apartment for one week with 4 people sharing.
Add £25 per week for 5th person.
A charge will also be made for the hire of a folding bed.
We are flexible on arrival and departure days.
The apartment is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Everyone we’ve met here has been extremely pleasant and helpful. Marbella lived up to our expectations; shopping was good, the beach and harbour were picturesque and lunch in Orange Square [Plaza de los Naranjos] was relaxing and civilized! David’s Bar was interesting and lively. However, if you wanted to dance, you had to keep both feet on the floor!
The apartment was very well situated, clean and roomy. One of our most memorable events from this stay will be breakfasting on the terrace with the morning sun warming our arms and faces!
We have really enjoyed being here.
Before I forget, the Cabopizza staff have been extremely friendly – nothing too much trouble.

Beautiful apartment with lovely views. Very comfortable and well equipped. Excellent situation, close to beach, but peace and quiet available if required as not too close to main town (but easily accessible!). Ronda is beautiful and worth visiting for a day trip. Further on is the Andalusian Lake District which is beautiful and very unspoilt, with the biggest lake, Fuente de Piedra, being a great place to spot flamingoes! Will be returning!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this very interesting area and have ... in your excellent, very well equipped and conveniently-sited peaceful apartment... weather was excellent... The golf courses are quite special and we can recommend the Santa Maria and Cabopino courses... It was a real bonus to have the basement car park space and to be so near Supersol supermarket and the port/beach facilities.

We’ve had a great stay. Two weeks of glorious sunshine... I was surprised how much I liked Marbella, a really nice place, lots to see! I loved the cobbled back streets. We also loved the lake (Ardales Park), beautiful scenery and great swimming – really worth the drive and dinner out in a restaurant overlooking the lake... brilliant!
... The apartment was wonderful with everything we needed...

A most enjoyable 2nd stay in this well-appointed apartment. With the pool being a short stroll and the beach only a few minutes walk away, it is the perfect location for a family holiday. Plenty to do within a short drive, the highlights for the children being the markets, Parque Aquático Mijas, and the waves and the well-kept beaches... Great variety of foods and prices in the area and Cabopizza across the road is popular with the children (and all the family!)
